I added variants to a product, but the Stock Availability does not work correctly for the variants

Please purge product variants cache at Products setting > Maintenance


I want to test the app for certain customer before go live

You can restrict the app to specific IP addresses using the 'Restrict App to IP Address' setting found in Advanced Settings.


Stock update via API is not working

Please check if the API Token Secret has been updated. When the app is reinstalled, the key will be updated.


Is this app working with BigCommerce native Multi-Location Inventory?

Yes, you can turn on the Sync BigCommerce Inventory Periodically setting to sync the BigCommerce native Multi-Location Inventory stock to the app.
