Packing Slip Settings
Packing Slip Settings control the content and branding of the PDF packing slip generated when a return request is submitted. Open Packing Slip Settings from the app sidebar to configure these options.
Packing Slip Logo
Upload a custom company logo to appear in the header of the generated PDF packing slip. This keeps the document on-brand and easy for customers to recognise.
Packing Slip Return Instructions
Custom text printed on the packing slip advising the customer on how to package and send their return. Use this to outline any specific requirements such as original packaging, labelling, or carrier preferences.
Packing Slip Return Address
The physical address printed on the packing slip where the customer should mail their returned items.
Support Email & Support Phone
Contact details printed on the packing slip so the customer can easily reach out if they encounter any issues with their return.
Auto Generate Packing Slip
When on, a PDF packing slip is automatically generated as soon as the return request is submitted. When off, packing slips must be generated manually. Enable this to reduce manual admin on incoming return requests.
Email Packing Slip to Customer
When on alongside Auto Generate Packing Slip, the generated PDF is automatically emailed to the customer's address. When off, the packing slip is generated but not sent. Use this to give customers everything they need to complete their return without any manual follow-up.
Saving
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form to apply your settings. Changes take effect for all new return requests going forward.
