General Settings
General Settings control how the returns form is presented to customers and which notifications are triggered when a return request is submitted. Open General Settings from the app sidebar to configure these options.
Notification Email & Notification Email 2
The email addresses where staff will receive notifications when a new return request is submitted. You can configure a primary and a secondary address to ensure the right team members are alerted.
Require Photos
When on, customers must upload at least one photo before they can submit their return request. When off, photo upload is optional. Use this when visual proof of the item's condition is required for your returns process.
Primary Color
The main branding color applied to buttons, active states, and headers within the returns form modal. The same color is also used in generated PDF packing slips to keep your branding consistent.
Terms and Conditions URL
The URL for your terms and conditions or warranty policy page. A checkbox linking to this URL is displayed at the bottom of the return form — customers must accept it before submitting their request.
Saving
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form to apply your settings. Changes take effect immediately for new return requests.
