Advanced Settings
Advanced Settings let you disable the app, whitelist IPs for testing, configure reCAPTCHA spam protection, and inject the returns button into custom pages. Open Advanced Settings from the app sidebar.
Recaptcha Site Key & Secret Key
Integration keys for Google reCAPTCHA v3. When configured, return requests are protected against bots and spam submissions. Obtain both keys from your Google reCAPTCHA admin console and enter them here.
Generic Button Injection
To display a "Start a Return" button anywhere on your site outside of the account pages, add the CSS class .mi-rma-button to any HTML element. The app will automatically detect it and inject the return button. Use this for warranty pages or any other custom location.
Disable App
When on, the app is completely disabled on the storefront. The returns form, button, and all related functionality are hidden from customers. When off, the app runs normally. Use this to temporarily deactivate the app without uninstalling it — useful during testing or maintenance periods.
Enable for IPs When Disabled
Only visible when Disable App is on.
When the app is disabled, you can whitelist specific IP addresses that should still see the app — for example, your office or VPN. If the list is empty, the app is hidden for everyone while disabled. Use this to test or configure the app before going live without exposing it to customers.
