Subscription
Advanced Shipping Rates features a 14-day free trial and then a US$49.00 monthly subscription.
You can enter your payment details in the Subscription tab of the app. This authorises use of the app and entitles you to live support from MyIntegrator.
The standard subscription includes up to 1,500 checkout rate requests per month and up to 20 active shipping rules. Stores with larger rulesets, high request volume, multiple carrier integrations, or complex checkout calculations may require an Advanced plan.
To cancel your subscription, use the cancellation option in the Subscription tab or contact MyIntegrator support.

Each unit is a request made for a new shipping rate.
- At the end of each day, you are able to see how many request have been made.
A checkout rate request is a request made to calculate shipping rates for a cart. BigCommerce may request rates more than once during a checkout session.
Your current usage is shown in the Subscription tab. Usage is updated daily.
Plan Limits
The standard plan is intended for stores with up to 20 shipping rules and 1,500 new checkout rates requests every month.
Large rulesets can increase checkout calculation time, especially for complex carts with many line items. If your store exceeds the included rule allowance, MyIntegrator may recommend or require an Advanced plan to maintain checkout performance.
