Location Settings

On this page you can view, add, edit, and delete the addresses from which you ship orders. These locations will only be used when calculating rates with shipping carriers, and can be used to ship from different locations, depending on the rate.

Your Locations

All your saved locations appear in a list. Each entry shows:

  • Location Name
  • Street Address
  • City, State, Postal Code, Country
  • Address Type (e.g. “Business” or “Residential”)

Adding a New Location

  1. Click the Add Location button.
  2. Fill in the fields you need:
    • Location Name
    • Address
    • City
    • State/Region
    • Postal Code
    • Country
    • Address Type
  3. Click Save. You’ll see a confirmation message when the location is added.

Editing or Delete an Existing Location

  1. Find the location in the list and click its Edit icon.
  2. Update any fields as needed.
  3. Click Save. A success message will confirm your changes.
  4. Clicking the Delete icon will delete the location permanently.

Address Validation

If any saved location is missing required fields, you’ll see a warning banner.

Be sure every location has:

  • Street Address
  • City
  • State/Region
  • Postal Code
  • Country
  • Address Type

Using Locations

Locations can be assigned through a dropdown in the Shipping Rates, with each rate being able to have its own origin location. The location will be used to return carrier quotes for the carrier services assigned to that specific shipping rate.
