This is a technical field, used by us (MyIntegrator) to help identify your store should you need support. |

This is a fixed rate that you can charge for the minimum amount in the cart. [Set to 0 for default] |
| Minimum Cart Amount [Threshold $] |
This is the minimum cart amount that will be charged with a fixed rate. For an amount higher than this a percentage of the cart total will be used. [Set to 0 for default] |
| Transit Protection(%) |
This field will set the percentage of the cart that needs to be added as insurance after the cart amount exceeds the threshold |
| Checkbox Label |
This field will set the label for the checkbox that is visible on the cart and checkout page. |
| Name for a custom item |
This will be the name of the product that will be added to the cart as transit protection. |
| SKU for a custom item |
This will be the SKU of the product that will be added to the cart as transit protection. |
