Sending account payable emails when the order status is NOT one of the selected – EXCLUDE LIST.

By enabling this feature, the delay sending function is disabled. This means invoice emails are sent only when the order status is changed.

Enable the webhook for order status changes to facilitate the functioning of this feature

Order Statuses To Send Invoice Email

The invoice email will be sent when the order status is changed to any of the selected statuses above.

Account Payable PDF Header

This text will be placed at the top of the PDF below your store name.

Account Payable PDF Description

This text will be placed at the bottom of the PDF.

Account Payable Email
Account Payable Email Backup Email Address (BCC)

This email address will receive all Invoice/Payment emails (via BCC).

Account Payable Email Sending Email Address

The email address that the email will be sent from.

Account Payable Email Sender Name

Name displayed on sent emails. Default is the Store display name.

Account Payable Email Subject

Subject displayed on sent emails. Invoices can be dynamically inserted into this header using ##Invoice## .

Account Payable Email Body

This text will be placed at the body of the email.

<br>, <a>, <img>, <table>, <tr>, <td>, <p>, and <span> tags can be used.

String replacement is also available on ##Invoice##, ##FirstName##, and ##LastName##.

Account Payable Email Signature

This text will be placed at the bottom of the email.

<br>, <a>, <img>, <table>, <tr>, <td>, <p>, and <span> tags can be used.
