Configure how inbound email orders are created in BigCommerce.
Shipping options
Ignore pickup / in-store shipping
When enabled, inbound email orders skip pickup or click-and-collect options (for example "Pickup In Store") and use the cheapest delivery method instead.
Vendor address
Ignore store vendor address on POs
When enabled, purchase order extraction will not use your BigCommerce store address (the PO vendor / letterhead) for billing or shipping. Use this when customers send POs that include your store address at the top of the document.
Shipping address alerts
Alert when shipping address changes
When enabled, compares each inbound email order's shipping address against the customer's recent BigCommerce order history and emails staff when it differs from all prior addresses.
