How much does it cost?
Order Fees Pro uses a base subscription plus a small charge for orders above the monthly limit.
Example: If you process 500 orders in a month, your bill would be $69.00 + (150 × $0.05) = $76.50.
What counts as an order?
Any order processed through your store that Order Fees Pro applies a fee rule to counts toward your monthly total. Your usage resets at the start of each billing cycle.
How do I track my usage?
Inside the app dashboard you'll find a real-time chart showing your daily order volume for the current billing cycle, alongside the total overage cost accrued so far. You can check this at any time to stay on top of your bill.

How do I update my payment method?
Go to the Subscription section of the app and select Update payment method. Your card details are handled securely — we never store them on our servers.
Where can I find my past invoices?
Past invoices are listed in the Billing History section of the app. You can download a PDF of any invoice directly from there.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from the Subscription section of the app. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again after that.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment doesn't go through, we'll notify you by email and give you a grace period to update your payment method before access is paused.
Can I update my billing address or tax information?
Yes — from the Billing History section, click Manage billing to open your billing dashboard where you can update your address, tax ID, and other account details.
