How much does it cost?
Cart to Email is offered as a monthly subscription. Your plan includes a set number of PDF emails each month, with a small overage fee if you exceed the included usage.
- Monthly subscription: $49.00 / month
- Includes: 150 PDF emails / month
- Overage: $0.05 per additional PDF email
Example: If you send 500 cart PDFs in a month and your plan includes 350, your bill would be $49.00+(350×$0.05) = $66.50.
What counts as a “PDF email”?
A “PDF email” is counted each time a shopper uses Cart to Email to send a cart as a PDF to an email address. Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle.
How do I track my usage?
Inside the app dashboard, you can view your current billing period usage (PDF emails sent) and any overage charges accrued so far, so you can monitor spend at any time.

| How do I update my payment method? | Go to the Subscription section in the app and choose Update payment method. Payment details are handled securely and are not stored on our servers. |
| Where can I find my past invoices? | Invoices are available in the app under Billing History, where you can view and download past receipts/invoices. |
| How do I cancel my subscription? | You can cancel anytime from the Subscription section. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. |
| What happens if my payment fails? | If a payment fails, we’ll notify you and provide time to update your payment method before access is paused. |
