Customer Attribute Fields

Both of these fields need to be filled in order for the application to work.

Setting Description
Free Freight Total

The value in which you want the customer to receive free shipping. If a customer’s shopping cart is over that value, then it will provide a free shipping quote for them.

Freight Rate

The value in which you want to have a custom shipping rate for your customer when their shopping cart is below the “Free Freight Total” threshold.


For example: Anna, a customer, has Free Freight Total set as 200 and Freight Rate as 20, that means if Anna’s cart total is below 200, then she would get a shipping rate of 20$, but if it is over 200$, then Anna would get a free shipping rate (or rate of 0$).
